the staff at 1000 miles are super friendly and go above and beyond, always ready to help with local tips. i loved the cozy lounge area with free coffee and my fave pb&j sandwiches for breakfast. location is perfect, close to everything!

Positive, Great spot with a perfect location, super convenient for public transport and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed early check-in. Room was clean and comfy. The hot shower was a bonus. Free coffee 24/7 is a nice touch! ☕

Rooms felt cramped for two people!!! The lack of soundproofing left much to be desired during the night!!! More storage solutions would greatly enhance the space and comfort!!! The Wi-Fi connection was uncharacteristically unreliable during my stay!!!

Had a fab time at 1000 Miles! Super comfy bed, clean room, and a great rooftop terrace. Easy access to the train station and delicious food nearby, just a bit noisy outside at night. Totally recommend it for a city trip!

Friendly staff made check-in a breeze and the rooftop terrace provided a fantastic view of KL Menara Tower!

The room was cramped with no soundproofing, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable during my stay.

We loved our stay here with the whole family! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were super accommodating, even letting us borrow a hairdryer. The lift was fast, and the central location made it easy to explore the nearby sites.

My kids wished for better soundproofing in the rooms.

It was just a nice choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Kuala Lumpur with good value considering price it charged. The reception staff were very friendly and tried to help with questions I had. Bring ear plugs as it can get noisy from outside traffic.

Great location with friendly vibes!

Superb spot right in the heart of KL! The room was clean and comfy, perfect for us. The staff, especially the manager, were super chill and helped us find awesome local eats. Just a heads up, it can get a bit noisy from the street at night, so maybe pack some earplugs!
